1. About these terms

These terms apply when you use the CODCheats website or dashboard, or buy, access or use a CODCheats plan or build (together, the “Services”). “CODCheats”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean the operator identified at the top of this page. “You” means the person using the Services.

By creating an account, paying an invoice or using the Services, you accept these terms in full. If you do not accept them, do not use the Services.

2. Who can use the Services

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher. You alone are responsible for making sure that using the Services is lawful where you are. We may refuse service to anyone, at any time, for any reason.

3. Your account

Accounts use a username and a password. We do not collect an email address, so there is no email reset.

  • After your first purchase you receive a recovery code. It is shown once and we cannot retrieve it. If you lose both your password and your recovery code, we may be unable to restore your account, and nothing you paid for is refunded or transferred.
  • One account per person. Accounts may not be shared, sold, transferred or used by anyone else.
  • You are responsible for everything done on your account. Keep your password, recovery code and any two-factor device private.

4. Licence

A plan gives you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the builds included in Call of Duty Total Access for the length of the plan. The licence is revocable at any time.

You may not resell, share, rent, sublicense, copy, decompile, reverse engineer, modify or crack a build, or try to get around any licensing, access control or protection in it. Doing so ends your licence immediately, without notice and without refund.

5. Prices and payment

Payment is in cryptocurrency only. We do not accept cards, bank transfers, PayPal or any other method.

  • Prices are set in US dollars and shown before you buy. The amount of cryptocurrency due is fixed on the invoice when it is created.
  • You must send the exact amount, in the asset and on the network the invoice shows, before the invoice expires. Network and exchange fees are yours to pay.
  • A plan starts only once the payment is confirmed on the blockchain.
  • A payment that arrives late, after an order is cancelled, or short of the amount due is credited to your CODCheats wallet balance. It is not returned.
  • Cryptocurrency sent to the wrong address, on the wrong network or in an asset the invoice does not accept may be lost permanently. We are not responsible for it and cannot recover it.
  • Only pay through the checkout in your CODCheats account. Anyone who asks you to pay any other way is not us.

We may change prices at any time. A change never affects a plan you have already paid for.

6. No refunds

All sales are final. We do not give refunds at any time, for any reason.

This includes, without limit:

  • a build showing Updating, Maintenance or Coming soon, or not working after a game update;
  • an account, in any game or platform, being restricted, suspended or banned;
  • your PC, launcher or game version not meeting a build’s requirements;
  • unused time on a plan, a change of mind or no longer playing;
  • your access being suspended or ended under these terms.

Your CODCheats wallet balance has no cash value. It cannot be withdrawn, exchanged, transferred or paid out in cryptocurrency or any other form, and is only usable for CODCheats plans. Any credit we choose to add to your wallet is at our sole discretion, creates no obligation to do so again and is not a refund.

Cryptocurrency payments cannot be reversed. Any attempt to dispute, reverse or recover a payment ends your access permanently.

Check the status page and a game’s requirements before you buy. The rules in this section apply to the fullest extent the law allows.

7. Third-party games and bans

The Services interact with games and platforms we do not own or control, including games published by Activision. CODCheats is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Activision or any platform operator.

Using third-party software in an online game breaks that game’s terms of service. The game’s publisher may restrict, suspend or permanently ban any account that uses it. No software can rule out a ban, and we make no promise that any account will be safe. You use the Services entirely at your own risk. We are not responsible for any action a publisher, platform or anyone else takes against you or your accounts, and no such action entitles you to a refund or compensation.

8. Status and availability

We publish a status for every build. A status describes whether a build works with the current version of its game. It is not a guarantee. Builds can stop working at any time and without notice, especially when a game updates. We do not promise that any build, feature, game mode or version will be available for any period, and we may change or withdraw any of them at any time. Downtime does not extend a plan and is not compensated.

9. Acceptable use

You must not:

  • share, resell or give anyone else access to your account or a build;
  • reverse engineer, crack, copy or redistribute any part of the Services;
  • attack, probe, overload or interfere with our systems, or try to access data that is not yours;
  • impersonate CODCheats or its staff, or run a site, store or channel that does;
  • abuse, threaten or harass our staff, including through support tickets;
  • use the Services to break the law or to defraud or harm anyone.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your account, licence or access at any time, with or without notice, for a breach of these terms, to protect the Services or as we see fit. When your access ends, your licence ends with it. Nothing is refunded, and any wallet balance is forfeited.

11. No warranty and limits of liability

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without any warranty of any kind. We do not promise that they are fit for any purpose, error-free, uninterrupted, undetected or safe to use.

We are not liable for the loss of any account, item, progress, rank, data or reputation, for any ban or restriction, or for any indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the plan the claim relates to. These limits apply to the fullest extent the law allows.

12. Indemnity

You will cover us against any claim, loss or cost, including legal costs, that arises from your use of the Services, your breach of these terms or your breach of any third party’s terms, including a game publisher’s.

13. Privacy

How we handle the little data we hold is set out in our Privacy Policy.

14. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms at any time. Changes take effect when they are published here. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Using the Services after a change means you accept it.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law stated at the top of this page, and its courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. To the extent the law allows, claims must be brought individually, not as part of a class or group action.

16. Contact

We answer through support tickets only. Open one from your account, or from the contact page if you cannot sign in. We do not respond to messages sent through any other channel.
