What each status means
Call of Duty Total Access is on sale while at least one included build is Operational or Updating. A status says whether a build works with the game; it is not a promise about bans.
- Status: Operational
- The build works with the current version of the game.
- Status: Updating
- The game has been patched and the build is being updated to match.
- Status: Maintenance
- The build is offline while we work on it.
- Status: Investigating
- We are looking into a problem with the build. It cannot be used until we have checked it.
- Status: Offline
- The build is down and cannot be used, and there is no return date yet.
- Status: Unknown
- We have not confirmed whether the build works with the current game version. Treat it as not working until this changes.
- Status: Coming soon
- The build is not available yet. Its page fills in as details are confirmed.
How this page is kept
What each date means, so you can tell how current a status is.
- Status since
- The day the current status was set. Every change is a new, dated entry in the build’s history.
- Last checked
- The last day the status was confirmed, whether or not it changed. A check that finds nothing new adds no entry to the history.
- Version and last update
- The newest build update that names a version, and the day the newest update shipped. Both appear once the first update is published.
- History
- Status changes and build updates, newest first. Past entries are not edited, except to correct a mistake.
If a build is not working
Check its status first: while a build is Updating or in Maintenance, nothing on your side will fix it. If its status is Operational, these cover the usual causes.
- Game crashes or won’t launch: first steps Restart, repair the game files, update drivers, close overlays.
- TPM 2.0 and Secure Boot for Call of Duty Both are required by the games on PC. How to check and turn them on.
- Check your PC Windows version, system type, launcher and drivers.
- Contact support Include the game, the status shown on its page and what you tried.
