The short version

Evidence: Editorial

SoftStack sells a slotted Warzone and Black Ops 7 product run, by its own account, by one person. It makes the most specific promises in this group: updates in 1 to 6 hours, support 18 or 19 hours a day, Intel, AMD and Xeon, Battle.net, Steam and Game Pass. Prices are monthly only: $49.99, or $79.99 with MW4 and BO7 access. It also promises play “without detections”, which nobody can promise. We haven’t bought it.

What they advertise

In their words, attributed. None of it is checked until a badge says so.

  • Evidence: Provider claim Quality

SoftStack says it always offers high-quality software with the essential features to win matches.

“SoftStack always offering high-quality software, with essential features for you to win your matches”

How we’d check it: Buy it and run it.

  • Evidence: Provider claim Safety

SoftStack promises play without detections, and “without the fear of being detected”.

“Learn to play video games as easily as ever without the fear of being detected with SoftStack.”

Why nobody can check it: No seller can promise this: detection changes without warning, and no test of ours could prove a negative.

  • Evidence: Provider claim Features

    SoftStack says Ranked is supported.

    “Ranked mode game supported”

How we’d check it: Load into Ranked with it running, on an account of our own.

  • Evidence: Provider claim Reputation

SoftStack says it has a good reputation in other games and is listed among the best Fortnite slotted providers.

“being listed as one of the best providers in Fortnite Slotted (private software)”

Why nobody can check it: The post doesn’t say who lists it, so there is nothing to check.

  • Evidence: Provider claim Company

SoftStack says it sells private and public external software for Black Ops 7, Warzone, CS2, Fortnite, FiveM, Marvel Rivals and other games.

What we noticed

  • Evidence: Observed

Its own post links to https://https://sstack.cc/

The website link has the protocol twice, so it does not open as written.

  • Evidence: Observed

    Two Windows lists that disagree

The feature list says Windows 11 24H2 and 25H2 and Windows 10 22H2 Pro. The FAQ in the same post says Windows 10 21H2 to 22H2 and Windows 11 22H2 to 25H2.

Hardware

Evidence: Provider claim No strict minimum; the PC has to run the game

Requirements

What you need before it runs, beyond a PC and the game.

  • Evidence: Provider claim

The slotted product is bought through Discord, by application.

“for purchase the slotted, it needs to be through discord to perform application”

  • Evidence: Provider claim

A PC that can run the game. No other minimum is given.

“There is no strict minimum hardware requirement, but your computer should be capable of running the targeted game.”

Support

What they promise, and, separately, what we measured. Never averaged together.

What they say

  • Evidence: Provider claim Support

SoftStack says it offers support around 18 or 19 hours a day, seven days a week, because one person runs everything.

“We provide customer support for around 18/7 or 19/7, as our team consists of only one member (dev/owner).”

How we’d check it: Send our standard questions at different hours and time the replies.

Not measured yet. We send every provider the same questions and time the replies.

Update performance

The promise on one side, the stopwatch on the other.

Update times, every provider

What they promise

  • Evidence: Provider claim Updates

SoftStack says updates typically take between 1 and 6 hours, depending on how big the game or anti-cheat change is.

“Updates typically take between 1hour to 6hours, depending on the size of the changes made in the game or anticheat systems.”

How we’d check it: Time it across several game updates: from the patch going live to the build working again.

Not timed yet. We time the gap from a game update to a working build, over several updates, before we print a number.

Refunds and terms

Summarised from their own text. Read the original before you pay.

We haven’t found published refund terms in the material we hold. That doesn’t mean there aren’t any; it means you should ask, in writing, before you pay.

Credit where due

Evidence: Editorial

What they do well

  • It says how many people run it (one) and what that means for support hours. Rare, and useful.
  • A specific, measurable update promise: 1 to 6 hours. Most providers say “fast” and stop there.
  • The widest launcher list here: Battle.net, Steam and Xbox Game Pass.
  • Ten payment methods, each with where it works.
  • Configs you can create, load and delete, listed plainly.

Where they could improve

  • Drop “without detections”. No seller can promise it.
  • Pick one Windows list. The feature list and the FAQ disagree.
  • Say what the $49.99 plan covers, next to the $79.99 one.
  • Offer something shorter than a month, so a buyer can check the update promise without spending $49.99.
  • Fix the website link.

The roast

Evidence: Editorial
  • SoftStack has apparently decided that the real final boss isn’t RICOCHET. It’s finding a payment method they don’t accept.
  • One person doing development, updates and support is either impressively efficient or the world’s most stressful job description.
  • They promise 1 to 6 hour updates. We’re going to time them.
  • The website link reads https://https://sstack.cc/. Twice the https, presumably for twice the security.

Jokes about the marketing, the hoops and the fine print. Not about anyone personally, and not a claim about whether the software works.

Our verdict

An opinion on what they publish. Scores come once we have bought and tested it.

Recommendation Evidence: Editorial

The most specific promises in the group, which makes it the easiest to hold to account.

Would we buy it?

Yes

Yes, to time it. A provider that commits to 1 to 6 hours is asking to be measured.
